Make a table write everything with time what to do next issues anger depression everything will came and say hi to you if you allow then they will stay in your house which is ur mind. If you say stop disturbing broo i m in my word they will angrily say bye and never come back again. So it depend in ur house head what he will do. B

Yess one more thinh we can control our house head. Yes we can do that. We will make our house head to do what we want why not we will do after all we have our own house. We gave life to a dead house . So why we listen everytime to what mind say we can also say to our mind.
